Camp participants who require non-emergency care must report to the 夏天的计划 Director. The Director will address the child's needs on-site and, if possible, have them return to their camp. Parents will be contacted should the Director determine that a child needs to go home or if parents will be asked to take their child to see a doctor. Please note that the 夏天的计划 may insist on a doctor's note before a child returned to camp, i.e. 传染病病例或疑似病例. 这是为了每个人的健康和安全而采取的预防措施.

Southpointe暑期项目有过敏意识. This means that camp participants and parents are made aware of the need for students with severe allergies to avoid contact with allergens. 我们要求不要把坚果和宠物带进教学楼.
Exceptions will be made for guide/service dogs or guide/service dogs in training.
药物管理
Children should not bring prescription medication to the 夏天的计划 unless under the direction of their physician. Administration of any medication while at camp will be completed by a staff member with written permission from the child's parent/custodian. All medication must be in its original container and clearly labelled with the child's name, 日期, 以及服用的剂量.

Southpointe的价值观进一步禁止吸烟, 饮酒, 服用受管制物质和使用电子烟(吸电子烟).
